The Simpsonville area Chamber of Commerce offers numerous groups and initiatives to foster involvement, education, exposure, and access for its members. Those programs are highlighted below.

Public Policy

The role of the Chamber in public policy is to help ensure that local and state government policies and decisions support a strong business climate, quality growth, and economic opportunity.

Additionally, the Chamber works closely with the City of Simpsonville and Greenville County elected and administrative leaders on key local and state issues, and has solid partnerships with regional organizations and other chambers.

Education Committee

The Education Committee is dedicated to strengthening the partnership between local businesses and Simpsonville area schools.


The Simpsonville Area Chamber of Commerce’s GOSimpsonville group was formed as a Hospitality and Tourism group, recognizing the importance that this critical segment plays in the local economy. The group meets on a regular basis to exchange information on meetings and conventions in our area, explore new ideas promoting our area as a tourism and conference destination, and to hear informative speakers on the latest tourism topics. Economic Development

The Simpsonville Area Chamber of Commerce along with the City of Simpsonville is dedicated to attracting, expanding, and retaining diversified economic opportunities in the Simpsonville area to enhance the quality of life for our community. Main Street Chapter

This group promotes and protects the interests of businesses in the Main Street area. This group meets on the first Thursday of every month.

Foundation Committee

This group works toward the Simpsonville Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation’s core purpose. The overarching purpose of this initiative is to support and assist the community development activities of civic organizations through beautification projects, preservation of local area natural resources, and other community activities.

Event Participation

Attending Chamber events is one of the most effective ways to build relationships and recognition in the Chamber community. Meeting other business owners and members of the local workforce can result in new partnerships, friendships, and business opportunities. Chamber members regularly receive business leads from other Chamber members familiar with their business and personal work ethic.

The Chamber offers events that cater to businesses of all types and employees at any level. The Chamber organizes its calendar to accommodate individuals with varying, busy schedules. Morning, lunch, and evening events are available.

Business Directory

The Chamber’s Business Directory is an invaluable community resource, and is available in two forms. The printed directory is published annually and made available to those relocating, visiting, and living in the Simpsonville area. The Online Directory is updated daily and is available through the Chamber’s website. Both sort members by business category, making it a convenient referral resource.



Sponsoring a Chamber event is a great way to increase awareness of your organization and your work in the community. All Chamber events have sponsorship opportunities. See below for some sponsorship examples. Chamber staff can design a sponsorship package based on your business goals, so contact staff for details if you are interested.

All sponsorship opportunities include signage at the specific event, logo placement on the event page on the Chamber website, and logo placement in our newsletter when the event is announced/promoted. The sponsor business also has reserved spots at the sponsored event free of charge. Additional benefits of sponsorship are negotiable based on sponsor business and available offerings from Chamber.

Womens Business NetworkSponsorship opportunities available on a monthly basis. Sponsorship at $150 per month OR sponsor may choose to host location and lunch at no charge to participants. Speaking opportunities available on a monthly basis, at discretion of Chamber's Director of Programming and Events. Presentations must be on a women/business-centric topic.

Business After Hours, Business Before HoursThese are available on a monthly basis, at the discretion of Chamber calendar. It is free to host these, and we ask that you provide food and beverages for attendees.These are geared towards networking so there usually is not a speaker or presentation.

Chamber Presents! Sponsorship is available for Chamber Presents! on an annual basis, at $1000 for 4-6 lunches in the series. Speaking opportunities are available at the discretion of the Director of Programming and Events. Presentations will be focused on the local economy or current events relevant to the Simpsonville/Upstate area.

Legislative Lunch Sponsorship is available for Legislative Lunch quarterly, at $350.This series is based on current events, and ranges each month.

12@12These can be sponsored on an annual basis, at $1000 for a 6 lunch series. The sponsor will be allowed to give a quick elevator speech on their business.
