Q. What is the policy for rain?

A. Upstate Harvest Moon Festival is a rain or shine event. If an event is postponed due to unsafe conditions we will post updates on the Festival page of our website.

 

Q. Where is the event located?

A. Upstate Harvest Moon Festival is located in downtown Simpsonville on Main Street and Curtis Street.

Q. What is the cost?

A. Entry to the Festival is free of charge. There will be a cost for different activities. Check back for a price listing.

 

Q. Where can I find a list of event policies?

 

Q. Is the Festival handicapped friendly?

A. There will be handicapped parking available, with tag. Festival grounds are also paved and will allow easy access for wheelchairs.

 

Q. Is the Festival family friendly?

A. The Festival is designed for and will provide entertainment for people of all ages.

 

Q. How do I pay for food, drinks, and amusement rides?

A. Food and drink vendors will take tickets as payment. Ticket sales will be found throughout the Festival grounds. For amusement rides, you may purchase a Rides Bracelet.

 

Q. Can I still apply to be a vendor?

A. Food and Beverage Vendor Applications will be accepted until the 19th of July. Non-Food Vendor Applications will be accepted until the 15th of August. These applications can be found here.
