Professional Development

For most businesses, access to information and services is a key to success. That is why the Chamber offers so many programs to help your business run more efficiently through many seminars and workshops. Specifically, our BuildU Educational Series, Leadership Simpsonville, and SimpsonvilleLAUNCH are all geared to provide our members with valuable and relevant professional development. The topics covered are widely applicable and can be attended by all members of your organization.

leadershipLeadership Simpsonville

Through face-to-face meetings with local and state leaders and on-site visits to local institutions, agencies and organizations, participants explore major issues and unique challenges facing the Simpsonville area.

am tank

AM Think Tank

The goal of the AM Think Tank is to bring Chamber Members together who would like to ask some assistance for any issue they may be facing. Chances are, fellow Chamber members are experiencing or have experienced the same issue and can offer some help.

Business Exposure:

There are many opportunities for community exposure through the Chamber. As a member, your business will be seen by thousands of prospects who will view your listing in the Chamber's Online Business Directory and the Annual Chamber Membership Directory. Both listings are included in your membership dues. These directories are used regularly by those relocating to the area and others looking for Chamber-supported businesses.

You'll also receive promotion through our business publications and members-only discount program. We provide media outlet opportunities in the Tribune Times multiple times each year. Chamber staff are happy to provide member referrals for business category inquiries. You can also expand your exposure in the business community by sponsoring Chamber events and programs. Additionally, members are invited to leave promotional collateral in the Welcome Center area of the Chamber office.

Business Before / After Hours:

These events allow for networking with your fellow Chamber members in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. These typically occur monthly and are hosted by a Chamber member.

Chamber Presents!

CP! Lunches feature a speaker who addresses a relevant business or economic topic. With these luncheons, it is very easy to build strong business relationships. These typically are held at Stella's Southern Bistro on Fairview Road, and the only cost to this event is your meal.

Social Networking

The Chamber offers events and programs to help expand your business contacts. Networking opportunities include Business After Hours, the Ambassador Program, membership lunches, formal networking sessions, signature Chamber events and participation in our golf tournament. Many events include a set time for participant introductions. This is time to tell others more about your organization and your work in the Simpsonville community. Bring your business card and have your "elevator pitch" ready for these events.

Community Service:

The Simpsonville area Chamber of Commerce offers numerous groups and initiatives to foster involvement, education, exposure, and access for its members.
