Chamber Programming

We host events each month that are designed to educate, inspire, and connect our members. Our calendar of events includes happenings in the early morning, lunch time, and after the work day. Our event information is shared in our Event Calendar, mailed invitations, e-mail blasts and social media.

Business After Hours

The Simpsonville Area Chamber of Commerce co-hosts Business After Hours events with a different Chamber member each month. These events provide a valuable opportunity for our members to highlight their offices, shops, and products through facility tours and peer engagement. Guests enjoy the opportunity to learn about new businesses, expand their network, and discover potential partnerships with others throughout the community. Contact Chamber staff if you would like information on hosting or attending an upcoming Business After Hours!

Chamber Connects: Leads Group

We facilitate a Leads Group each month to connect members for their mutual best interest. Our goal is not to merely sell to others in the room, but to bring people together to support one another and bring opportunities for each other's businesses.

Referrals, industry tips and best practices can be shared. Group membership is industry specific to encourage collaboration - only one business/representative per industry will be represented. Attendance rules apply since seats are limited.

Talk to Chamber staff about applying for a Leads Group.

Monthly Lunch & Learn Series

Our 2024 monthly Lunch & Learn Series features presentations and dialogue covering a wide range of relevant business topics. Attendees have an opportunity to introduce themselves and their business to the group and network before and after the presentation.
These events are in-person in the Prisma Health Conference Room at the Simpsonville Area Chamber of Commerce. Attendee registration includes lunch. Please note any dietary restrictions in the registration comments. Chamber members may use Programming Credits to attend this event. Email chamber staff to redeem credits.

Our 2024 Lunch & Learn Series is presented by Founders Federal Credit Union. Founders serves over 259,000 members through more than 41 locations across two states and holds over $4.2 billion in assets. As a not-for-profit financial cooperative, they strive to provide their members with better rates on savings and loans, friendly and personalized service, and a commitment to supporting their communities through financial education, scholarships, and other giving.

Kaleidoscope: Business Diversity Initiative

The Kaleidoscope Initiative is a Business Diversity Initiative (BDI) that focuses on strengthening the advantage of minority-owned and women-owned enterprises. Through this initiative, we are able to focus on providing resources and connections to encourage more diversity in our members' business practices.

We offer a special membership benefit for minority-owned, women-owned, and veteran-owned businesses! Member businesses that fit into one or more of these categories can now opt into being included in a special listing on our website, which is easily found from our homepage. This added benefit is just one facet of our Kaleidoscope Business Diversity Initiative, and is yet another way that our chamber promotes and elevates our member businesses!

New Member Orientation

We have New Member Orientations on a quarterly basis, and invite our recent new members plus any new employee with our existing members. We cover all things related to Chamber Membership and how to best utilize your investment. You'll find out about all of our programs and opportunities, as well as ways to build your member profile!

Women's Impact Network (WIN)

WIN is a way for women to network and support the community at the same time. WIN Meets are held on the first Tuesday morning of the month at a local coffeeshop. Each event will include a short presentation from the monthly sponsor, a spotlight/presentation from a local non-profit organization, and time to network with other guests. Guests are invited to bring a small donation for each month’s charity if they choose.
